First Book
Ron Clark is a retired pharmacist and author of his first novel Israel’s Treasure. An avid reader of biblical literature, Ron found a reference to a letter written by the Prophet Jeremiah giving clues to the location of the original Jewish Tabernacle and its treasures. The clues in the letter were the basis for Israel’s Treasure and characters with strong Christian values.
Experiences
While attending the University of Texas in Austin, Ron contributed articles to The Daily Texan newspaper and wrote many sermons presented to the inmates in the San Angelo County Jail. He and his wife, Kitty, have traveled to London, France, and Japan as well as serving as short term missionaries in Thailand and Columbia.
Preferences
He lives in Rockport on the Texas Gulf Coast where he enjoys writing, fishing, bird photography, local theater, church activities, and riding his motorcycle.
Ron enjoys adventure and time travel stories. His first book is a treasure hunt by a motley crew of Christian friends. Someday, he hopes to write a time travel novel and add one more profanity free book for the Christian reader.
